Must Try Colorado Food Trucks!

Where oh where to begin! There are SO many great food truck options to explore in Denver and all over Colorado. What’s even better is that you can find a lot of trucks pairing up with a brewery on the weekends, and who doesn’t like food and beer together! Here’s a list of a few of my favorite food trucks in Colorado:

Mountain Crust

Pizza lovers, this one’s for you! We have worked with Mountain Crust multiple times each year and not only is the food fantastic, the whole energy and vibe of this company is out of this world! Their food trucks even have names like Ole Blue and Big Red, how cool is that! The pizza’s are cooked on site and they also have offerings like a charcuterie board and salads, all while music is bumping from the truck! They also have a venue now, so why not host your next party there?!

What Would Cheesus Do?

Another top favorite of mine has to be WWCD(and not just because of the name). If you’re craving a gourmet grilled cheese with homemade tomato soup, this is a must! My personal favorite on the menu is The Pope(pesto, turkey, mozzarella and balsamic), YUM! And guess what? They also have a dessert truck(Rebel Cookie Dough), the best of both worlds!

Dos Gringos

Pizza and grilled cheese isn’t your thing? How about Mexican-American fusion! You can find them all over Colorado; concerts, summer festivities and breweries! When I say tacos, I mean gourmet! They also have bowls, burritos and sides that you can choose from. You can find where they will be throughout the week on their website, or hire them for a private event!

Chuey FU's

Another great fusion option is this Latin-Asian grub! It’s impossible to choose just one item on their menu! My personal favorite is the ancho chili chicken! You can find them all over Colorado throughout the whole year, or like most trucks, book them for your next event! They also have a restaurant in the Santa Fe area, so why not swing by and explore the arts district while your at it!

Mac 'N Noodles

Another craving I get, is for this food truck. As you probably guessed by the name, their specialty is mac and cheese, but they are much more then that! I’m talking gourmet, just take a look at their menu. Anything from carnitas to green chili(a Colorado staple) mac, as well as loaded tots and appetizers! They also have a number of other concepts including The Burger Bus(literally a school bus) and The Colorado Pig Rig. They also run the Mac ‘N Cheese 5k, take a look at their website for more information!

These are just five of the numerous trucks all over this beautiful state of Colorado! I could go on and on, but now I’m getting hungry as I type! A couple websites I love to use to find any type of food truck you could ever want is Truckster and Roaming Hunger. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert and possibly a beer or two! ;)
