I often find myself drawn to more urban, modern, & funky styles but have a soft spot for all things, well soft! When Diana Coulter approached me with this idea for a stunning ethereal shoot, I immediately fell in love and we were off to pick our vendor team and the little details, but not until we visited the most PERFECT Denver venue!

I LOVE photo shoots because they allow for some incredible creativity in an industry that thrives on it! While we were careful in choosing our inspiration photos and vendor team, we left room for creative input and our people went above and beyond for us! On shoot day, we arrived to Asterisk (a beyond cool Denver venue) ready to roll! It’s important to be mindful of timing, even though photoshoot timelines are much more lax than wedding day timelines, because there’s a LOT to capture! In about 6 short hours, we loaded in, set up, got a million great photo and video moments, tore down, and loaded out!

The best part about this shoot, aside from the miriad of vendors, was the mix of soft with still that hint of modern! The colors and textures lent themselves well to both aesthetics, and combining the two meant we were able to create something pretty unique and eye catching! Our models were the perfect embodiment of wedded bliss, because they had experienced it for themselves just a few months prior!

No shoot is complete without a few surprise touches, and live music and our custom pinata were the perfect additions! The day was captured beautifully by our photo and video teams so that the rest of us can continue to relive the ethereal modern magic forever! Interested in learning more about styled shoots?
