During the tumultuous year that was 2020, we spent a lot of time thinking about what the world of weddings would look like when it returned! Like many event pros, we spent some of our down time creating inspiration for future and postponed couples, and one of our absolute favorite projects took place at BMoCA in Boulder!

As an art history student, I’ve always had a love of art gallery events, and BMoCA is a stunner! Yes, they have a beautiful event space upstairs, but you can ALSO utilize the art galleries themselves for your event! Whether you share your first kiss or first bites in front of the artwork, it WILL be perfect, it WILL be beautiful, and it WILL be memorable!

We opted to use different galleries for our “events,” with ceremony taking place in the first space you walk into when entering the museum! Up one flight of stairs is a rectangular gallery which we utilized for both cocktail hour and reception! Our black and white palette was the perfect compliment to the colorful walls, and we haven’t stopped dreaming about this day! <3
