Should've, Would've, Gotta Have It! Part 2: Decor

This one is the kicker. The one umbrella of the wedding day that can include a multitude of rentals, DIY projects, vendors, etc. but ONLY if it’s important to YOU!

We love introducing wedding day items to new brides and grooms who may have never even heard of a charger [The pretty plate that sits beneath your dinner plate – It serves no purpose other than adding a pop of color, texture, or space to your tablescape] and we LOVE them! Again, things like chargers draw the question of “Do we need it?” “Will guests notice if it’s there or not?”

They will notice if it’s there, and if it’s not, they won’t!

We say this in hopes of taking the pressure off of having to have specific décor items on your wedding day. And again, we get excited about what you get excited about! If you could care less about what’s on the tables because you want guests to be dancing the entire night, then FANTASTIC! We will prioritize finding a stellar DJ/MC/Band to make that happen!

But if you looooove pulling ideas from Pinterest or Instagram about the way the reception will look when you walk in the room, and you want to have that feeling of awe (and dare I say, wonderment) then let’s hone in on colors, textures, and spaces that can bring it to life!

“Do we need it?” “Do we have the budget for it?”

This is also why you have a team of vendor professionals with you! Florists, rental designers, bakers, and your Kaitlin Shea Wedding planner will help guide you through the endless options of flowers, color pallets, plate/silverware/glassware options, so that this entire process can be enjoyable for you and your fiancé.

So whether it’s chargers, candles, or colored carousel glasses, we will find the best options for you to help bring your design vision to LIFE!
