Colorado is incredible and versatile in that it offers so many different views! Whether you’re looking for an urban backdrop or a beautiful mountain spread, there are venues and open spaces simply perfect for you! Sarah and Curt wanted a mountain backdrop and wanted to highlight that backdrop with an arch that mimicked the mountains themselves! The two of them got ready together at an Air BnB in Salida (very special and intimate) before joining a few friends and family members (and their baby girl Bear) at their mini ceremony!

In many cases, I’m unable to both coordinate/design and officiate, but with such a simple setup and small guest count I was able to provide both! We got started with the ceremony right on time and the two were crying happy tears with guests (with myself following suit)! The views were breathtaking, the vibes were light-hearted, and Bear helped us celebrate by rolling oh so excitedly in the snow!

After the ceremony, the couple took photos with their guests and enjoyed some champagne! Guests then returned to the Air BnB to allow the two some private portraits in nature. They finished out the evening with dinner and were so thrilled to finally be husband and wife! I loved every moment of working with these two, they were the sweetest, most genuine couple and I couldn’t stop reminiscing about the day on my long drive home!! Congratulations Sarah & Curt, it was an honor to be a part of your intimate celebration!
